The activities will be added to the company Valstar, which further strengthens our presence in various international markets, including the Middle East, Ireland, Malta, and Cyprus.
The acquisition of sales activities in these new markets offers us interesting growth opportunities. This expansion allows us to further strengthen our market position and expand our network and expertise. Additionally, we welcome a selection of experienced employees from EFP International to our team. Some of the new colleagues will become part of Farmhouse, while others, the expedition and logistics staff, will join ABC Logistics. Their valuable knowledge and expertise will play a crucial role in the success of this transition.
In the coming period, we will focus on a smooth integration of the new activities and employees.
